When combined with the high torque, high horsepower electric motors and hydraulic positioning rates, these technologies allow us to claim the world’s most capable force and moment equipment. To complement our force and moment machine, our equipment inventory also includes a static fixture that was built to provide accurate data required to create FTire models. Using in-house developed software tools, the test procedures and data are constantly monitored, ensuring we meet customer requirements. Our engineers are also able to create custom data processing tools to match customer requests.
Using GCAPS’ one of a kind force and moment Flat-trac LTRe, test engineers provide accurate and uncompromised tire data that is the foundation for tire models, construction analysis, and vehicle performance predictions.
